This post may be a little late in the year for most people. But, maybe you didn’t do it when you needed to.
I went through my Go-Bag several days ago. This was mainly just to make sure that everything was still where it was supposed to be. Batteries are good. Knives are sharp. Tools are squared away. We have had a few cold days so far this year, but the real winter has yet to hit. That being said, I need to add a few winter items to the bag before it’s too late. This will likely consist of a thicker pair of socks, winter glovers, and a beanie cap. That’s it? Yes, for the most part I wear what I need on a given day. However, I will have a few other things in my vehicle preps that will take care of anything else I need.
If you haven’t done so already, go through your vehicle and Go-Bag to make sure you’re better suited for the colder weather.
